Cancellation policy
If you cancel, we charge 20% of the rental price up to 75 days before the start of the rental period, 40% of the rental price from the 74th to the 45th day before the start of the rental period, 70% of the rental price from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the rental period, and 90% of the rental price from the 29th day before the start of the rental period.
Upon request, we can arrange travel cancellation insurance.

At the Cave Cooperative, you can find the wines of the "Vignerons de Serignan," as well as various estates in the immediate vicinity offering regional products like olive oil and wines. The area offers attractions such as castles and chateaux, historic cities, shopping, and hiking destinations, as well as cycling along the "Canal du Midi." In Serignan, the "Sport-Urbain" park and the tennis courts are of interest to the youth. The beach for swimming and surfing is approximately 6 km away.

Wir verbrachten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub in dem schönen und ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Serignan ist ein überschaubarer, ursprünglicher Ort mit viel französischer Lebensart. Die schönen Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Trotz Corona und Hauptsaison war an den nahezu endlos langen Stränden genug Platz für alle. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wirklich geschmackvoll mit schönen alten Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Nichts von Ikea, herrlich! Den Jura Kafffeevollautomat schätzten wir sehr. Auch den gepflegten Garten mit großzügigem Freisitz und die Terrasse vor dem Haus genossen wir sehr! Es hat wirklich alles bestens gepasst, so dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten!

Eingebettet in eine Siedlung mit fast ausschließlich einheimischen Bewohnern. Ideal für einen wirklichen Frankreichaufenthalt. An und im Haus alles vorhanden. Fußläufig nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum mit dem typisch mediterranen Marktplatz (Cafés und Restaurants unter Platanen) und den wöchentlich stattfindenden Märkten. Auch für Selbstverpfleger gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Strand und Meer, sowohl mit Auto als auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Wir können diese Haus nur bestens empfehlen.
