Interesting is the "Oberharzer Miningmuseum" as well as the market for artistic handicrafts in Clausthal-Zellerfeld and the old Silver Mine "Lautenthals-Glueck".
The historical old town of Goslar is, together with the visitor mine "Rammelsberg", UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Also the "Oberharzer Wasserregal is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Holiday destination
The village Hahnenklee and its surrounding area offers everything for a relaxing and exciting vacation.
In the middle of the town is our "Bocksberg" with gondola lift, summer toboggan run and a big bike park. In the winter there are surface lifts, ski and snowboard slopes from blue to black and a long natural toboggan run.
Hahnenklee has a well-developed hiking trail network with barrier free hikingtrails aroung the village. There are several guided hikes in the week. Very delightful is the "Liebesbankweg".
In the spa garden you will find easy pathes around two ponds, a playground and a minigolf course.
A beautiful natural pool within the forrest is the "Waldseebad" at the "Kuttelbacher Teich". There you can rent step or rowing boats.

How to find us:
By car:
From the north on the A7 comming from Hannover, take the exit Rhüden/Harz and continue in the direction of Langelsheim, Lautenthal to Hahnenklee.
From the south on the A7 comming from Göttingen, take the exit Seessen, and continue in the direction Seessen, Lautenthal to Hahnenklee.
In Hahneklee drive left to the middle of the town, follow the Parkstraße strait along to the junction Trifstraße. Turn right in the Triftstraße. On the left site you will find "Haus Jordan".
By bus and rail:
From train station Goslar the buslines 830 and 832 go periodicaly and directly to Hahnenklee. Only a few steps away from the bus stop "Ferienpark" stands "Haus Jordan"

Wir waren hier mit ein paar Freunden zusammen in beide Wohnungen. Klar die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die neueste, aber alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Sauna war natürlich ein absolutes Highlight.
