Sehr einladend, aber zusätzliche Stromkosten, die die Miete teurer machten als unser ursprüngliches Budget.

Die Terrasse bekommt kaum Sonne ab.
Das Haus ist aufgrund der zwei Küchen und des Kühlschranks im Zwischenraum unpraktisch geschnitten, da zwischen den Küchen Stufen auf- und absteigen müssen. Mein Mann ist groÃ_x009f_, und das Haus ist für ihn ungeeignet; er stieÃ_x009f_ sich oft den Kopf.
Das Sofa war sehr unbequem; man sank richtig ein.
Die Hygiene ist mittelmäÃ_x009f_ig, was teilweise an der GröÃ_x009f_e des Hauses und seinem hohen Alter liegt.
Strom wird separat abgerechnet, was sich, insbesondere mit Induktionskochfeld und Whirlpool, erheblich summiert.
Die unmittelbare Umgebung/das Hinterland hat uns enttäuscht; Richtung Küste ist es wunderschön.
