As a tenant, you can withdraw from the booking at any time before the start of the trip by submitting a written cancellation statement. The date of receipt of the cancellation statement by the landlord is decisive. The cancellation fee per rental unit is as follows:
If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of the holiday: 30% of the rental amount
If you cancel between 59 and 30 days before the start of the holiday: 90% of the rental amount
If you cancel between 29 days and the day of the holiday: 100% of the rental amount"
