Das Haus liegt am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Mitten auf einem mit Apfelbäumen bepflanzten Grundstück. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Zum Zeitpunkt der Übernahme war das Haus sehr sauber. Keine negativen Punkte.

Auf der Basis des Hauses ist es sehr wichtig, auf eigene Faust zu arbeiten. Praktische omgeving.
Mist, was für kleine Dinge sich im Haus befinden, aber nicht, dass der Urlaub länger dauert.
