Das Ferienhaus ist in gutem Zustand, die Küche ist modern und es liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zu einem Badebereich mit Steg und kleinem Strand. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche, wie zum Beispiel einen Dosenöffner, ist fast alles Notwendige vorhanden. Einige Fenster, beispielsweise im Wohnzimmer, ließen sich nicht öffnen, was es schwierig machte, die Temperatur im Haus nachts zu senken, da es tagsüber 26–28 Grad warm und sonnig war. Daher hätten wir uns auch einen Ventilator gewünscht. Die Betten waren zwar schon etwas älter und könnten für etwas mehr Komfort ausgetauscht werden, aber sie waren bequemer, als sie aussahen.
