Cancellation policy
Cancellation and withdrawal
There is no right to cancel free of charge. The following compensation applies in case of cancellation:
up to 60 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
60–30 days: 50%
29–15 days: 75%
14 days before the start of the rental period: 90%. Cancellation must be declared in writing.
In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the landlord's liability is limited to the refund of the rental price. Compensation for damages or reimbursement of travel/hotel costs is excluded. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

The Quinta is located in the quiet village of Patã de Cima on the outskirts of Boliqueime. From here you can reach beautiful beaches such as Praia da Falésia or Praia Olhos de Água in just a few minutes.
Shopping facilities, cafes and traditional restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The lively old town of Albufeira with its numerous restaurants, bars and clubs is only about 8 km away. Vilamoura and Quarteira, with golf courses, marinas, and numerous other entertainment options as well.
