The house is located near the village of Kerascoet, the gated town of Concarneau, and the Glenan archipelago. You also can practise surf, practise montain biking, diving, go walking etc

The house is located in a typical, very quiet Breton neighborhood by the sea. Enjoy my accommodation for walks along coastal paths (GR34) or by the rivers (Aven and Belon). Many beaches and coves, as well as the charming port of Trevignon, are within walking distance. You can visit the thatched cottage village of Kerascoet, the fortified town of Concarneau, the medieval city center of Quimper or the city of painters of Pont-Aven !

We envisioned it as a bright and airy space, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living, with a large communal living area that fosters sharing and convivial conversation.
