Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und liegt in einer traumhaften Lage, ist aber renovierungsbedürftig.
Der Herd hat eine gefährliche Kochstelle, die Dunstabzugshaube (sehr verschmutzt) benötigt eine spezielle Installation, ebenso wie der Geschirrspüler. Wir haben den Duschkopf mit Kabelbindern befestigt, und der Abfluss in der Garage ist undicht, zum Glück direkt in einen Abfluss. Mehrere Wasserhähne müssen ausgetauscht werden, ebenso das Balkongitter.
Der Wäschetrockner sieht gefährlich und unbrauchbar aus. Als wir einzogen, mussten wir ihn gründlich auslüften, weil er muffig roch! Er sah aus, als wäre er lange nicht benutzt worden; die Weihnachtsdekoration hing noch daran.

Das Haus an sich ist recht angenehm. Es befindet sich in bester Lage und ist von wunderschöner Natur umgeben. Die Terrasse ist ein großes Plus. Allerdings lässt die Hygiene sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist extrem schmutzig. Kühlschrank und andere Geräte müssen dringend ersetzt werden! In den Badezimmern lässt es sich nicht angenehm duschen. Das Haus ist stark veraltet. Für den Preis könnte die Qualität deutlich besser sein.
