Bis auf ein paar technische Mängel, ganz in Ordnung. Es besteht ein erheblicher Investitinsstau.

Im allgemeinen war das Haus gut gewesen, es war soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ruhige Lage. Der Pool ist schön groÃ. Die Sitz Gelegenheiten drauÃen könnten eventuell erneuert werden, da diese nach einer Weile unbequem sind. Und hinterm Badefass sollte man evtl. Mehr Grün schneiden, damit das nicht so über den Köpfen hängt sollte man das Fass benutzen.
