Nearby: the Butterberg, Rammenau Baroque Palace, Pulsnitz "gingerbread town," and the Marienstern and Marienthal monasteries. The region is shaped by Sorbian culture, with the Lausitz Lake District and Zittau Mountains nearby for nature lovers.
Getting there
The property is located at Hauptstraße 228, 01906 Burkau (Bautzen district, Saxony).
By car: Via the A4 motorway (exit reachable in about 5 minutes) or the B6, which runs directly through Burkau. From Dresden, you'll be here in about 30 minutes. Parking is available directly on the farmstead grounds.
By bus/train: The bus stop is just 200 m away, with several departures daily — about a 10-minute ride to Bischofswerda train station. From there, you'll find good connections to Dresden, Görlitz, and Zittau.
