Wir waren 8 mit einem 18 Monate alten Baby, 3 Generationen zusammen. Die Besitzer, ein freundliches Paar, begrüßten den 1. Haushalt sehr gut und erlaubten ihnen, früher zu kommen, um einen angenehmen und geschlossenen Garten zu genießen. Die Enttäuschung aller war das Fehlen eines Whirlpools in allen Belvilla-Anzeigen, um Kunden anzulocken, und der auch heute noch erwähnt wird. Wir werden es nur auf einem Foto gesehen haben, obwohl die Eigentümer angegeben hätten, dass es dieses Jahr nicht installiert wird. Ich habe geschrieben und warte auf die Antwort, aber Belvilla ist nicht zugänglich, was abnormal ist. Ich habe bei der Reservierung zwei- oder dreimal versucht, sie telefonisch zu erreichen. Ich konnte keinen Ansprechpartner finden. Ich schrieb mit einer Frage - bekam keine Antwort. Ich habe gestern eine E-Mail gesendet und warte auf die Antwort. Es ist unmöglich, eine Kontaktperson zu haben, sobald die Reservierung vorgenommen wurde ....... was abnormal ist
