Cancellation policy
Here is the translation into German: A deposit of 30% of the total price is required upon booking. The deposit is non-refundable. After the booking is received, the guest will receive the bank details for the transfer. Payment confirmation must be sent by email. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of payment. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. No refund will be issued for cancellations after this date.
