Das Haus könnte eine Renovierung vertragen und die Einrichtung ist nur mittelmäßig. Über 100 € Energiekosten für 4 Tage zusätzlich zum Mietpreis – das finde ich fragwürdig. Selbst wenn das Haus gut aussieht, würde ich ihm nur 6 von 10 Punkten geben. Die Lage ist aber unschlagbar. Dank dieser Top-Lage lohnt es sich trotzdem, es zu mieten. Endnote: 8/10.

Das Haus ist ordentlich und gemütlich, genau wie beschrieben. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine waren eine willkommene Ergänzung unserer Morgenroutine. Wir haben den Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sehr geschätzt, der unsere Getränke schön kühl hielt.
