You cannot cancel Das Blaue Haus later than one weeks before your arrival.
If you do, the full rent (without deposit) will then be due.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located directly on the Zwischenahner Meer, the pearl of the Ammerland. The centre of Bad Zwischenahn is six kilometres away.
Bad Zwischenahn is known for its beautiful spa facilities, open-air museum and fine gastronomy.
The university town of Oldenburg is 25 km away and invites you to shop in the pretty town centre. The old Hanseatic city of Bremen is 70 km away.
In the district Rostrup of Bad Zwischenahn, only 6 km away from our holiday home, lies the "Park der Gärten"("Park of Gardens"), where fascinating flowers and plants can be seen in over 90 different theme gardens. The golf course is right next to the Park der Gärten.

Wir haben eine kleine Oase angetroffen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das I-Tüpfelchen ist den privaten Steg am Zwischenahner Meer. Entspannung pur. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, liegt ruhig und trotzdem ist man überall sehr schnell mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Auto.
Perfekte Kommunikation und Organisation mit dem Herrn Grieb. Vielen lieben Dank. Es gibt jetzt auch einen Seehund in unserem Miniteich zu Hause
