In the event of cancellation, the deposit (30% of the total price) is retained by the owner. The balance (70%) is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Holiday destination
The villa is located in Rumilly (74150), conveniently set between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. Lake Annecy: 20 min, Aix-les-Bains and its thermal baths: 15 min, Geneva: approx. 45 min. The Alpine ski resorts are easily reached. Shops and bakeries within 5–10 min (Hyper U, Intermarché, Aldi, Biocoop). Worth seeing: the Gorges du Fier, Montrottier Castle and the old town of Annecy.

Villa Gai Moulin is located in Rumilly (Haute-Savoie), around 20 minutes from Lake Annecy and 45 minutes from Geneva.
By car: via the A41 motorway (Rumilly exit). Free private parking directly at the house.
By plane: the nearest airports are Geneva (approx. 45 min) and Lyon-Saint-Exupéry (approx. 1 h 15).
By train: Rumilly station is just a few minutes away, with connections to Annecy, Aix-les-Bains and Chambéry.
