Cancellation policy
Cancellation: Cancel 12+ weeks before arrival: deposit refunded minus an administrative fee. Between 8–12 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental fee is due. Within 8 weeks before arrival: the full rental fee is due.
We strongly recommend guests take out travel and cancellation insurance.

Day trips to the charming nearby towns of Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno are easily possible from the villa. Additional activities such as bike rental, golf or horse riding can be arranged on request and for a fee through our House Manager.
Holiday destination
The quiet, rural location is just a 5-minute drive from Montone and 15 minutes from Umbertide (cafés, supermarkets). From here, you can easily explore Umbria, Tuscany and Le Marche – including Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A rental car is recommended given the rural setting.
Getting there
The nearest airports are Perugia (about a 40-minute drive), as well as Bologna, Ancona, Florence, Pisa and Rome (each roughly a 1.5-hour flight from Brussels/Amsterdam). Due to the rural location, we strongly recommend a rental car for the journey and to explore the surroundings. By car, travel time is approximately 8-9 hours from Munich, 9-10 hours from Stuttgart, 11 hours from Frankfurt, and 13-14 hours from Cologne or Berlin.
