Was ich überhaupt nicht mag, ist, wenn mich jemand betrügen will.
Ã_x009c_ber hotels.com (und es ist mir egal, wer dahintersteckt) habe ich ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht! Bekommen habe ich aber ein Apartment mit nur einem (!) Schlafzimmer und einem Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch. Die Beschreibung war völlig falsch. Ich habe mich sofort an der Rezeption beschwert und mir wurde gesagt, dass belvilla.de niemals Apartments mit zwei Schlafzimmern bucht, selbst wenn sie welche im Hotelkomplex haben.
Daraufhin habe ich mit hotels.com gechattet und mich darüber beschwert â_x0080__x0093_ ich habe noch Screenshots vom Chatverlauf. Aufgrund der späten Stunde (nach 19:30 Uhr) konnte hotels.com das Hotel nicht mehr erreichen.
AuÃ_x009f_erdem fand sich in der Beschreibung kein Hinweis auf zusätzliche Kosten für Bettwäsche, Handtücher oder einen Hund, die mich zusätzlich 56 â_x0082_¬ + 48 â_x0082_¬ gekostet haben. Ich erwarte eine vollständige Entschädigung für diese zusätzlichen Kosten! Jeder Handtuchwechsel sollte extra mit 4,50 â_x0082_¬ pro Person berechnet werden â_x0080__x0093_ auch dazu fand sich kein Hinweis in der Beschreibung.
Einen Tag vor unserer Abreise wurde uns die erste Reinigung angeboten!
AuÃ_x009f_erdem ist die Beschreibung des Pools falsch: Es handelt sich um einen Innenpool, nicht um einen AuÃ_x009f_enpool. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das gute Restaurant, der Wellnessbereich (auch wenn einige Reparaturen überfällig sind: Der Whirlpool ist auÃ_x009f_er Betrieb) und das Upgrade auf ein über 50 m² groÃ_x009f_es Apartment mit sehr schöner Aussicht.

Alles war einfach perfekt, Die Wohnung hatte alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, und die Sauna war eine schöne Ergänzung nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen, Besonders genossen haben wir den Balkon am Abend, Ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen!
