Wir haben über einen Drittanbieter gebucht und haben mit Hund gebucht. TUI Blue wusste davon nichts. Auch das Alter von dem Kind wurde falsch übertragen vom Drittanbieter.
Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, es gab leider keine Bademäntel obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand.
Das Personal war gröÃ_x009f_tenteils freundlich, der Empfang leider nicht immer. Uns wurde der Fehler vorgeworfen den der Drittanbieter gemacht hat.
Dazu kamen noch Kosten pro Nacht am Ende, die nirgends aufgeführt warenâ_x0080_¦
Das Essen war gut und das Büffet hatte eine schöne Auswahl, leider etwas teuer allesâ_x0080_¦ aber das ist halt Sylt. Würden nochmal kommen da sehr hundefreundlich und der Sauna Bereich + die Aufgüsse echt toll.

Schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, gute Matratzen, angenehm ruhig. Den Wellnessbereich konnten wir aus Zeitmangel leider nicht ausprobieren, wenn der auch so gut ist wäre es fantastisch.
