Ein neues Haus mit 2 seperaten Wohnungen in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Siedlung am Haff. 15 km entfernt von Ostsee, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Das Haus ist gepflegt und mit funktionierender Fussbodenheizung, Terrasse und Garten ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer bewohnt das Nachbarhaus. Er ist gut erreichbar, zurückhaltend, aber sehr hilfsbereit. Im Oktober: keine Mücken. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
