Cancellation policy
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for the damage incurred:
From the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord until the 60th day before the start of the rental period, there is no obligation to pay compensation
From the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental period, it amounts to 50% of the total price,
from the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental period it amounts to 80% of the total price.
If the cancellation is made less than eight days before the start of the rental, the full travel price must be paid.
The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts in each case. Amounts already paid will be offset.
You can provide a replacement person who enters into your contract on agreed terms. A written notification is sufficient.

The houseboat is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the sea, protected in the marina of the Klemens shipyard in Großenbrode. It is only a few minutes' walk to the promenade with restaurants and shops.
Whether by car or bike, there is a lot to discover in the north. Both the island of Fehmarn and surrounding cities such as Heiligenhafen, Scharbeutz or Timmendorf invite you to day trips.

Wir waren das erste Mal auf einem Hausboot und sind begeistert. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage direkt an der Ostsee ist großartig.
Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub dort und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Auf diesem Hausboot kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und im komfortablen Stil direkt am Strand genießen, was man zu einem Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Wir sind bereits schon das dritte Mal hier und haben für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht...dieses spricht für sich. Zudem sind die Eigner sehr zuvorkommende und nette Menschen, sodass man sich selbst bei der Buchung schon wohlfühlen kann! Ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art!
