If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Cala Pi is a nice and quiet area which is 17 km from the main town of Llucmajor. The Necropolis Capcorb is worth a visit and it is only 4 km from the house. The beach in Cala Pi has fine sand and has a medium occupancy. The access to the beach is easy and you will find a parking area.
If you like cities, you cannot miss Palma! There you will find lots of services, cultural offer and a great variety of shops. Get lost on the tiny street of the Mediterranean Pearl!

Das Haus an sich ist super. Vor allem das große Gartengrundstück mit Pool und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es ist sauber und gemütlich, lediglich die Betten sind etwas schmal.
Leider ist das Grundstück momentan eine Oase inmitten von Baustellen, was auf der Website nicht erwähnt wird und uns zwischenzeitlich mit sehr viel Aufwand hat umziehen lassen. Dass wir wieder zurückkehrten, lag am unerträglichen Schimmel-und Abwassergestank in der Alternativunterkunft. Wir haben den Baulärm dann durch Strandgänge in der Arbeitszeit umgangen und aufs Ausschlafen verzichtet. Sind die Häuser im Umkreis fertig, stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zwischendurch hatten wir auch mal 20 Stunden nur kaltes bzw. kein Wasser, aber gut...das ließ uns dann lachen.
