This fantastic villa is located 50 meters from the rocky coastal area of Son Veri from where you can appreciate the fantastic views over the bay of Palma. This area offers a lot of peace and tranquility. If you prefer a fine white sand virgin beach, about 40km away there is the beach of Es Trenc; the trip is worth it. If you just want the bustle of a tourist area, just over 3 km away you will be in s’Arenal. There you can enjoy all kinds of entertainment both during the day and at night because it has plenty of bars, restaurants, live music and clubs. If you enjoy water sports, there you will have access to activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis, among others. At the same time, this property is located less than 20km from the city of Palma, where you have all kinds of stores for shopping, restaurants and cultural visits. One of the most recommended visits is the one to the Cathedral of Palma and the old town. The cathedral is impressive and is the only one within Gothic style which is located on the seafront, and it is also the one that has the largest rosette within the same style.

Top Lage, ruhig und idyllisch und dennoch ist man schnell in Arenal. Eroski fussläufig erreichbar! Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. 4 Schlafzimmer sind top.Das Souterrain Schlafzimmer ist allerdings um einiges weniger komfortabel als die anderen. Aussenjalousien vorhanden-top! Grillmöglichkeit im Garten ist super. Pool sehr gepflegt und groß! Kleine Abzüge bei der Ausstattung. Gläser sind teils schäbig und blind und nicht ausreichend. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse reicht für Max 6 Personen. Da müsste nachgerüstet werden. Die Küche ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt keine Musikanlage. TV nur in Spanisch.
