If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

It is a few km from Inca, a town where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, crafts, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports centres, etc. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, full of textiles, fruits, vegetables, homemade sausages, ceramics, etc.
Just a 30-minute drive away, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort, two great spots to enjoy their beaches, eat at restaurants, see the sunset, or just walk around the Can Picafort’s promenade to the port. Nearby there are also the areas of Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença.
