If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Holiday destination
This property is situated in one of the most beautiful settings of Mallorca within the Tramuntana mountains. Fornalutx has less than 400 habitants and is ideal for those searching tranquillity and nature. In the town centre there is one small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank. More shopping facilities are in Sóller (15 minutes by car).
The surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling. A nice idea is a visit of the tiny villages in the Tramuntana, for example Sóller, Valldemossa, Sa Calobra, Deià or Banyalbufar. There are lots of small gravel bays where you can enjoy a mix of beach and mountains. If you prefer sandy beaches, you can go to Puerto de Sóller. A 40 minutes' drive take syou to the capital Palma de Mallorca, but you can also go there from Sóller with the old train and enjoy the wonderful landscape.
