If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

In about 10 minutes drive you will reach Porto Cristo, where you will find a wide range of tourist services such as bars, restaurants, shops, stores, etc...
We recommend you visit "les Coves del Drach" and "Hams Coves". If you want to spend an active holidays and you practice sports such as golf, tennis or paddle tennis; this area is perfect for you. There are several golf courses (Son Servera, Canyamel, Capdepera, among others) and different clubs and paddle tennis very close. For lovers of cycling, the routes of the Chapel of Arta or Cala Ratjada Lighthouse, are very interesting.
