Eine schöne, geräumige Villa mit allem Komfort. Sehr sauber.
Einziger Nachteil war die Lage: an einer stark befahrenen StraÃ_x009f_e. Zwar gab es keine Lärmbelästigung, aber zum Spazierengehen und Radfahren musste man ein kurzes Stück über die StraÃ_x009f_e laufen, um zum Rad- und FuÃ_x009f_weg zu gelangen.
