Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig und friedlich. In einer Sackgasse gelegen, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Supermärkten. Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele sind in einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Allerdings... springt abends die Klimaanlage im abgeschlossenen privaten Bereich im Obergeschoss (der den Eigentümern gehört) an, obwohl niemand da ist. Und man selbst hat unten keine Klimaanlage und muss in der Hitze ausharren.
Das Haus ist zudem nicht besonders gut gepflegt. Und die Matratzen sind durchgelegen.
