Hallo, wir waren schockiert, als wir feststellten, dass die Belvilla-Plattform zusätzliche Gebühren erhoben hatte. Diese Gebühren entsprachen dem Mietpreis. Ich finde diese Vorgehensweise sehr fragwürdig. (Sie waren im Kleingedruckten als â_x0080__x009e_Reinigungs- und Unterkunftskostenâ_x0080__x009c_ aufgeführt.) Es ist, als würde man ein Produkt verkaufen und den Preis dann aufgrund dieser zusätzlichen Gebühren verdoppeln. (Sie könnten genauso gut gleich den tatsächlichen Mietpreis inklusive aller Gebühren angeben.)
Nachdem wir die Situation verstanden hatten und die Stornogebühr 300 â_x0082_¬ betrug, entschieden wir uns, die Buchung aufrechtzuerhalten.
Das Haus war sehr schön, aber ich bedauere, dass sich während unseres Aufenthalts niemand bei uns gemeldet hat.
Der Pool wurde als ganzjährig beheizt beworben, war es aber nicht.
Letztendlich hatten wir trotz dieser Probleme einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Ich werde die Belvilla-Plattform nie wieder nutzen.

Es ist ein schönes, voll ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Unterhaltung für alle. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön.
