• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
COVID SECURED CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of a travel restriction like cancelled/grounded flight, closed borders or positive test results and by providing the corresponding proof, we are able to provide to you a voucher. The voucher will be of equal value of any amount paid to us, that will be valid for the following 18 months, so as to rebook your vacation with us!
