Sehr groÃ_x009f_e Wohnungen, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Schön gelegen ist die Villa direkt an der Mulde und am Radweg. Baden ist im Fluss möglich. Man tritt aus der Haustür in die Landschaft, Spaziergänge und Radfahren sind möglich. Wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön ist, ist man in einer dreiviertel Stunde in Freiberg oder Dresden.
