Cancellation policy
The customer has the option of withdrawing from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed:
- 30% of the total price in the event of withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy.
- 50% of the total price in the event of withdrawal from the 59th to 30th day before the start of occupancy.
- 80% of the total price in the event of withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy.
If the booked property is not occupied without an express declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obliged to pay the total price.
A later arrival and/or earlier departure does not entitle the customer to a refund.
The customer has the right to provide a substitute participant who will take over the booked services in full.

Getting there
We recommend Comiso Airport (41 km) or Catania Airport (138 km). From the Catania airport, take the A18 or E45 freeway in the direction of Siracusa to Rosolini. From here you continue on the provincial roads SP46 and SP66 to Donnalucata.
