Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation up to 112 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 111th day to the 56th day before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 55th day to the 28th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 27th day to the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 85% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 20th day to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 13th day to the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, we will endeavor to rent the property to someone else in the event of a cancellation, thereby reducing the cancellation costs.

Für uns als Familie mit Teenager-Kindern war es der perfekte Urlaub, um zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, ist top eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und steht an einer wunderbaren Lage.
Die Kommunikation mit Diana und Richard hat bestens geklappt und sie waren auch vor Ort immer für uns da, wenn wir etwas brauchten.
Wir kommen wieder!
