Das Haus war schmutzig. Es war offensichtlich schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden.
Das Besteck musste erst noch einmal gespült werden.
Die Kochutensilien sind unzureichend (keine Pfannenwender usw.) und müssten dringend ersetzt werden (vor allem die Töpfe und Pfannen).
Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für ein Haus für acht Personen und einen viertägigen Aufenthalt ist wirklich zu wenig.
Darauf wurde im Vorfeld auch nicht hingewiesen.
Vorschlag: Informieren Sie die Gäste in der Hausbeschreibung darüber, was vorhanden ist und was nicht.
Kurz gesagt: Was muss man selbst mitbringen?
Die Ankunftszeit und die Kaution von 300 Euro in bar sind falsch.
Wir wurden nicht danach gefragt und hätten problemlos früher einchecken können.
