Wir waren über Ostern zu 19 Personen in dem Haus. Von Hallenbad haben wir sehr profitiert.
Es gab aber viele Mängel u.a. war der Backofen defekt, ein kleiner tragbarer Ofen wurde zu Verfügung gestellt, was für 19 Personen keine befriedigende Lösung war. Es wurde uns ein neuer versprochen, der kam aber nicht.
Der Besitzer hat bei Belvilla behauptet, dass wir ein angebotener Backofen abgelehnt hätten, was eine Lüge ist. Unsere Erfahrungen mit dem Besitzer und die Agentur waren sehr enttäuschend. Nicht zu empfehlen.
