Das Haus ist schön und relativ gut ausgestattet. Es liegt sehr abgelegen im Buschland.
Anders als uns gesagt wurde, ist der Pool nicht beheizt. Schwimmen war also unmöglich!
Es fehlen noch einige grundlegende Dinge im Haus, wie Besen, Kehrschaufel und Schneidebrett. Was die Vorschriften angeht: Sofern die mallorquinischen Bestimmungen nicht von denen des Festlandes abweichen, gibt es keinen Feuerlöscher, keinen Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, keine Notfallmappe usw. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist auf den letzten 500 Metern sehr schwierig, da es sich um einen kaum befahrbaren Feldweg handelt. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Geländewagen mit hoher Bodenfreiheit gemietet. Kurz gesagt, es gibt einige Verbesserungen, die vorgenommen werden sollten, um den Aufenthalt angenehmer und sicherer zu gestalten.
