Cancellation policy
The renter can cancel the contract at any time under the following conditions:
41 days to 22 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price without final cleaning
21 days to 12 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price without final cleaning
11 days to the day of arrival: 90% of the rental price without final cleaning.
In the event of cancellation, the renter has the right to provide a replacement renter. In this case, there will be a processing fee of EUR 50.00. The renter must provide proof that there was no damage or only minimal damage.

Die Wohnung war wirklich super, es hat an nichts gefehlt.Uns war es wichtig, nah an der Familienlagune Perlebucht zu sein.
