Cancellation policy
In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.

The beautiful city of Grasse is only about 15 minutes walk from the house (800 m). Boutiques, bars and restaurants invite you to stroll and feast. Grasse is a very good starting point for excursions to the nearby seaside resorts (Cannes and Juan-les-Pins) and to the hinterland of the Côte d'Azur.
Vence (25 km), Saint Paul de Vence (25 km) and Nice (40 km) are also suitable as day trips.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub bei der Familie Lubatti!
Einen schönen Empfangsabend mit Wein und kleinen Snacks sogar mit Übersetzerin.
Der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet! Nicht weit nach Cannes zum Strand!

Es war sehr entspannend. Supernette Gastgeber ( Danke nochmal Mireille und JeanLouis). Seid nicht zu faul - fahrt mal nach Cannes und schaut, was sich andere leisten - fahrt aber auch mal in die Berge - traumhafte Aussichten und Wanderwege inklusive. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist klasse und gegen die blöden Mücken muss man sich halt wappnen.
