Auch wir haben Hans Homberg als sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter kennengelernt. Leider haben wir es aber als sehr unangenehm empfunden, dass in den Schränken und Schubladen überall private Dinge zu finden waren (sehr viel Kleidung, Medikamente, Kosmetikprodukte). Auch funktionierte die Beleuchtung nur unzuverlässig und es fehlte an Geschirr und Besteck.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme und die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Altstadt lässt sich zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen.
Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und verfügt sogar zusätzlich zum großen Badezimmer, über ein weitere Toilette und ist perfekt für einen Urlaub in Alkmaar.
