Holiday destination
Clapiers and Montpellier are both situated on the edge of the Provence and offer gorgeous landscapes, loaded with traces of the Romans, impressive cities, clean beaches and Southern France's sunny climate. Only a few kilometers from the Mediterranean lies Montpellier, the secret capital of the Languedoc. The city has hardly any industry, but instead it boosts an incredible, huge and progressive university, a variety of cultural offerings and its intellectual and warm-hearted people.
Getting there
Approaching from Germany, take the A9 motorway (Autoroute du Soleil) via Lyon towards the South and then take the exit # 28 to Vendargues or Castelnau le Lez.
Go on RN 113 to Castelnau le Lez and from there to Clapiers. The development is situated at the South edge of the village.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Teenagern für 2 Wochen in der Villa Clapiers. Obwohl das Wetter sehr heiß war, konnten wir uns am wunderschönen Pool und dem liebevoll eingerichteten und klimatisierten Haus wunderbar entspannen und erholen. Besonders toll war die gut ausgestattet Küche und der Gasgrill, auf dem wir die herrlichen Gerichte zaubern konnten.
Das großzügige und saubere Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und es besitzt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Unser herzlicher Dank geht an die Vermieter Herr und Frau Schneider, die uns schon im Vorfeld mit reichlich Informationen zur Region und zum Haus versorgt haben. Sie waren vor und während unseres Urlaubes telefonisch jederzeit verfügbar.
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wieder in der Villa Clapiers machen würden.

herzlichen Dank für Ihre Topp-Bewertung, vor allem aber dafür, dass Sie Ihre wertvolle Urlaubszeit bei uns in Clapiers verbracht haben. Wir hatten erfreulicherweise schon einige ganz wunderbare Mieter, aber Sie gehören ganz sicher zu den angenehmsten. Noch heute schwärmt unsere Concièrge Sarah von Ihnen, Ihren Französischkenntnissen (die eher selten sind) und den Gitarrenkünsten von Herrn Zschintzsch. Auch nochmals lieben Dank für Ihren liebenswerten Eintrag in unserem Gästebuch und der gelungenen Zeichnung von Svenja. Es wäre wunderbar, Sie in Zukunft wieder in Clapiers als unsere Gäste zu haben. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt
und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns der schöne Pool, der an heißen Tagen für die perfekte Abkühlung sorgt. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein, gleichzeitig sind Montpellier und die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden und Ausflugszielen schnell erreichbar. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet viel Platz, um gemeinsam zu essen, zu entspannen . Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank !!!
