Cancellation policy
The hiring party can at any time withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:
over 60 days before arrival: € 100 processing fee,
60 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price,
10 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
If canceled after arrival only unused additional costs will be refunded

A grocery, bakery and excellent butcher store, a good wintersports and hiking shop and a Bank are in 1km distance, Restaurants in 4-6km, als well as a well equiped supermarket.
Getting there
By car A96 from Munich till exit 3 Sigmarzell. 4km on B308 direction Sigmarszell/Scheidegg then right turn in to L1 passing the village Hohenweiler till the turn of the L9 to Möggers. After 1 km bus stop on the left just before the village exit sign "Hohenweiler". Turn left a small raod going steep down, after 30m tunr left at a barn into non-paved road.

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche. Bei dem guten Wetter hat das zusätzliche "Wohnzimmer", die Terrasse, für einen schönen Urlaub gesorgt. Der tolle Garten, die Saunen und der Schwimmteich sind echte Highlights.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief problemlos und so konnte eine kleine Panne zu Beginn schnellstmöglich beseitigt werden.
