In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

For all those who admire a peaceful vacation there is a lovely touristic village called Veli Maj. It is situated just 3 km from the centre of Porec and just 1 km from the beaches. The area is ideal for the families and all of those who want to enjoy a peaceful enviroment beeing close to the sea.
For an active vacation you can enjoy taking a walk, cycling, playing a tennis, beach volley, mini golf or just renting a boat.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, modern und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, kostenlose Parkplätze und Nutzung des Grills. Irena ist aufmerksam und freundlich, spricht Italienisch und andere Sprachen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Kaffeemaschine, sie hat sie in 15 Minuten ersetzt und auch eine Thermoskanne mit gutem frisch gebrühtem Kaffee gebracht, einzigartig. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist mit genau der richtigen Menge an Grün ausgestattet, der schöne Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt, das historische Zentrum 7 Minuten entfernt, die Einkaufszone 6 Minuten entfernt, sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn ich nach Porec zurückkehre, wunderbar, werde ich zu Irena zurückkehren.

Großartige Wohnung. Wir zwei waren in der Vier-Personen-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnküche und überdachter Terrasse zur Straßenseite. Auto auf dem privaten Parkplatz und mit geschlossenem Tor.
Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Iris oder ihrer Tochter verlief gut auf Englisch und Deutsch.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Sehr umfangreiche und große Küche mit Gefrierfach, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Ofen, Herd usw. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war etwas weniger bequem, Fernseher nicht ausprobiert.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Schlaf und frühstückten im Garten. Meine Bewertung bezog sich auf eine Nacht.
