Cancellation policy
The tenant can cancel the lease up to 2 months before the start of the rental period. If this deadline is not met and the landlord cannot find a suitable new tenant, the following amounts must be paid:
30% of the total amount if cancellation occurs up to 2 months before arrival
60% of the total amount if cancellation occurs up to 1 month before arrival
100% of the total amount if cancellation occurs 14 days before arrival.

Holiday destination
Our holiday apartment is located on Strandweg, halfway between Buren and the North Sea beach. Within sight of the holiday apartment on the grounds of Amelander Paradijs is a small children's playground.
The large playground de Vlyen near Nes can be reached via the bike path without having to cross a road.
In the holiday park Klein Vaarwater, opposite on the other side of Strandweg, there is a swimming pool. The nearest bike rental is also on Strandweg at the entrance to Buren.
Getting there
Drive to Holwerd. There is a large parking lot there. (Parking fee per day €7.50)
If you would like to take your car to the island, you should register it in advance with the ferry (www.wpd.nl)

On the island, coming from the ferry, turn right at the first roundabout towards Buren. In Buren, turn left behind Hotel de Klok onto Strandweg. Amelander Paradijs is about 500 meters on the left side. After turning left, drive around the building to the right to the parking lot. It's best to drive all the way to the back and use the rear side entrance. Then you are directly at our apartment.
By public transport, you can take the train to Leeuwarden. From there, buses run to the regular ferries. On the island, buses are always ready at the dock upon the arrival of the ferry. Take the bus towards Buren. The "Strandweg" stop is right in front of Amelander Paradijs.

Zum 3. Mal auf Ameland und zum 1. Mal in dieser Wohnung im Amelander Paradijs haben wir uns vom ersten Moment angekommen gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.
Wir konnten uns in dieser Woche gut erholen und kommen gerne wieder.
Diese Wohnung können wir absolut empfehlen.

In dieser bezaubernden Unterkunft haben wir uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt! Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was für einen entspannten Urlaub gebraucht wird! Ein großes Bett, ein gemütliches Sofa, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche und zwei sehr moderne Bäder! Die Broschüre von Fam. Rottmann ist sehr sehr hilfreich und gibt viele Tipps für Unternehmungen! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Danke für diese schöne Zeit!
