If you have to cancel your trip, you can withdraw the contract at any time. However, the lessor will try to re-let the holiday home. However, if they does not succeed, a cancellation fee must be paid.

2. thereafter and in case of non-appearance 80% of the total rent

Das Haus Waldkauz mit der Kanzel in Schönwalde Glien üppig ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, gespickt mit Kunstwerken die nicht immer sofort ins Auge fallen. Liebevoll gestaltet von Landlord's die jederzeit für uns zu erreichen waren. Wir hatten 14 Tage einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub vor den Toren Berlins in üppiger Vegetation. Von Nobuko-Arnold-Ulrike und Rolf gibt es Fünf Sterne ++
