The barbecue in the Hytten area can be used no matter the weather, amidst an expansive natural landscape. Cross-country skiing in the Hytten area around the holiday home, which offers up to 40 km of well-groomed skiing trails. Ski runs can be found at the Gautefall Skisenter (approx. 35 km), the largest ski area in the Telemark region/county. In the winter, the access roads to the Hytte are cleared of snow! You have the option to book several Hytten.

Holiday destination

The view of the Havrefjell with its waterfall and the location by the lake will help you to forget about everyday life for a while. The 3 adjoining lakes have bathing platforms and are ideal for swimming, canoeing and fishing. The central location allows you to enjoy plenty of activities. A 45-minute drive takes you to the ocean and the well-known towns Risør und Kragerø. But you also have the option to visit the Telemark's largest ski area, the Gautefall Skisenter (a 35-minute drive). The region offers infinite hiking opportunities.

Getting there

The most relaxing and convenient way to travel to Norway is by plane and getting a rental car. Destinations airports are Oslo Gardermoen, Oslo Torp (closest) and Oslo Rygge. Alternatively, you can travel in your own car and take the route via northern Denmark, followed by various ferry services to Norway. Please call us if you have questions or would like to get relevant tips and recommendations. The most convenient, relaxing trip by car is to drive to Kiel (departure: 2:00 pm) and take the night ferry to Oslo (arrival: 10:00 am); the drive to your holiday home takes about 3 hours.

Wir haben als Familie genau das vorgefunden, was wir erwartet haben. Sven war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Nebenkosten sind auch für Norwegische Verhältnis eher hoch, die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super und die Lage unbezahlbar. Die Badeseen in der Nähe mitten in der Natur sind fussläufig leicht erreichbar. Wir konnten in der Zeit sehr viele leckere Mahlzeiten kochen und diese draussen und drinnen geniessen. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Platz ums Haus herum, die grosszügige Terrasse lässt einem Raum einfach mal zu sein. Wir würden die Hütte immer weiterempfehlen, da es wirklich ein kleines Paradies ist, inmitten der wunderbaren Natur.

Hallo zusammen, danke für Euern Besuch und die tolle Kommunikation. Schön, wenn der Urlaub so war, wie Ihr euch das vorgestellt habt. Die Nebenkosten sind in Norwegen leider recht hoch, zudem gibt es keinen festen Strompreis, daher schwanken die Preise stark. Wir haben einen Mittelwert kalkuliert. Aufgrund des sehr trockenen Sommers, ist der Strom aus Wasserkraft im Sommer sehr teuer (glücklicherweise ist der Stromverbrauch dann eher gering) , im Winter eher günstiger. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch mal wieder begrüßen zu dürfen. Gruß Tessa & Sven

Superhaus! Alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Tolle Ausflüge in die Berge und an die See. Badesee ganz in der Nähe. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
