The house is located in a small village, Musalez, which is 5 km away from Porec and the first beaches. It's a romantic place characterized by forests, vineyards, olive groves, and the typical Istrian architecture of the houses. The surroundings offer an attractive range of activities for families; cycling, hiking, diving, adventure water parks, various beaches. Typical Istrian restaurants (Konoba) are located in the immediate vicinity.

Getting there

Enter Musalez and in the middle of the village, you'll find a bus stop. At this stop, you can only go left or right... Turn right and follow the road downhill until you reach a 90Â° right turn. From the curve, drive about 200 meters and at the end of the road, you can only go up to the right or down to the left -- go left downhill and after 15 meters, turn right directly and then you are already in front of Villa Marie...

Das Haus und das Anwesen waren super geeignet für unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub zu acht. Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Viel Platz und jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Eine Menge Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Man ist schnell direkt im Zentrum von Porec. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die immer gut erreichbar waren. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir werden es weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren 14 Tage zu acht hier und es wäre sogar Platz für zehn gewesen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar (vor und während dem Urlaub). Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem kann man von hier aus viel unternehmen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Zeit hier.
