The villa "Casa DeniMar" is located in a beautiful villa area of El Verger opposite a small Mediterranean park, about 900m from the beach. El Verger is a charming little place with a picturesque village character before Denia. Here you will find supermarkets and shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, a fitness center, doctors (including German-speaking), banks, and endless beaches. The center of Denia is about 7 km away.
In Denia, you will find everything: a yacht and sailing harbor with beautiful promenades, great shopping streets with a variety of stores, a beautiful old town, and the best infrastructure.
In Denia and the surrounding area, you can take wonderful bike rides; there are many developed flat bike paths.
2 airports (Valencia and Alicante) are each 100 km away; both airports are served by various airlines, including budget ones (Ryanair).
Car rentals are very affordable in Spain.
The weather in and around Denia is fantastic, and the climate is among the best and healthiest in Europe. Denia has 325 sunny days a year, and even in winter, the days are usually sunny and clear with pleasantly mild temperatures.

Wir haben in Ihrem Ferienhaus 3 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Es war alles so, wie abgebildet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Überwiegend haben wir uns draußen aufgehalten, es war so schön in Ihrem Garten und den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt (wir hatten aber auch ein tolles Wetter). Ihr Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung Ihrer Küche ist bemerkenswert. Sie haben an alles gedacht, das vorhandene Kochgerät war super und Geschirr war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. So hat es Spaß gemacht, zu kochen. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen, erholsamen Urlaub, bei dem alles gepasst hat. Danke dafür.
