Wir haben uns bei Ihnen hier in Cape Coral ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt, die Villa Weiß ist ein Traum. Die Räumlichkeiten, das hochwertige Material, die tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung, der Außenbereich, Pool und Grill alles einfach phantastisch. Alles bei Ihnen hier ist bis auf das Kleinste geplant und durchdacht und auch Amerika und Cape Coral Fremde finden sich dank der ausführlich vorhandenen Informationslektüre im Haus leicht und schnell zurecht, wenn sie hier zu Gast sein dürfen. 4 Fahrräder und ein Zweier Kajak sind ebenfalls eine willkommene Abwechslung. Sogar ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher sind vorhanden und endlich mal ein Haushalt mit scharfen Messern. Mit diesem Gesamtprojekt haben Sie wirklich etwas ganz besonderes geschaffen.

Wir waren mit vier Personen in dieser traumhaft schönen Villa. Das Haus war bei Anklunft in einem tadellosen Zustand und sehr gut gereinigt. Man konnte kein Staubkorn finden. Das Haus ist modern, aber sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung mit Bose Systemen, 5 Fernseher usw. ist fast unglaublich . Das Highlight ist die Ausstattung der Küche . Dort fehlt es einem an nichts. Die noble Außenküche lädt zum Grillen und Kochen ein. Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön . Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man aus den Kanälen raus auf dem River, so daß das Bootsabenteuer schnell beginnen kann. Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr kompetent , freundlich und auch noch deutschsprachig. Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Cape Coral gemietet, aber so ein tolles Haus hatten wir noch nie. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
