The exteriors of this property are fantastic. There is a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool that has a depth of 1 to 2 m. This area is fenced apart from featuring an exterior shower as well as 6 sun loungers where sunbathe. The paved area has a ground of 150 m2 and the lawn zone, 300 m2. In its nearby, there are fruit trees and a vegetable patch. On one side of the property, there is a huge birdcage in which there is a great variety of birds. The furnished porch of 48 m2 is fantastic, since in which you can enjoy wonderful lunches and dinners outdoors with your family and friends thanks to its barbecue. On the same porch you will find a table with two benches, and a sofa next to a small table to relax contemplating nature.
Get relaxed in the living-dining room, which is equipped with air conditioning, while reading a book, watching TV-SAT, DVD, etc. There is a ceramic hob kitchen that's independent, totally equipped so that you can cook seamlessly any kind of dishes. The accommodation features 3 dormitories, all of them with double bed, A/C and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also offers a single bed. Likewise, there is a bathroom with both shower and bathtub as well as an exterior shower bathroom. The house, furthermore, provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as you will find fans at your disposal.
NOTE: This holiday rental cannot accept customers under 30 unless they are travelling with their parents. We need ID card copies of each guest to accept the booking.

And just 30 km away, there is the city of Palma with all kinds of entertainment, shopping centres, sightseeing, etc.
