The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:

Withdrawal 44 days to 33 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price
Withdrawal 32 days to 22 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
Withdrawal 21 days to 12 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the rental price
Withdrawal 11 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Wir haben ein sehr sauberes, hervorragend ausgestattetes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden. Der Sommer-/Wintergarten ist wunderschön, der Garten komplett eingezäunt und abends sehr schön beleuchtet. Unser Hund hat den Garten geliebt.
Der Ort Nieuwvliet-Bad liegt direkt hinter dem Deich. Strand und Meer sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Er ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Sluis, Middelburg oder Brügge.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür liebe Familie Schneider. Es war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, alles top sauber, von Küchenpapier über Kerzen, Batterien, Servietten, einfach alles vorhanden. Sehr nett eingerichtet, nicht weit zum Strand, 100% zu empfehlen
